There are so many choices for people looking for ab exercise equipment. I am not a big fan of the traditional sit-up. The exercise is very hard on my back and I do not get the in-depth work out that should when I do old-fashioned sit-ups because I simply tire out too easily. I found that doing crunches are more effective, but I am looking for ab exercise equipment that will optimize my workout. (more…)

Aaliyah Haughton was an iconic American R&B singer, model, actress and dancer. She is best known for the numerous hit albums she recorded, her modeling work with Tommy Hilfiger, and for her starring roles in the movies ‘Romeo Must Die’ (2000), and ‘Queen of the Damned’ (2001). She died in a tragic plane accident on August 25th of 2001. The 2006 Honda Civic sedan is a technological marvel, and is the most advanced piece of automotive machinery in existence today. Hmm, okay, so maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration. If you’ve been keeping up with car reviews, the praise the new 2006 Honda Civics have been getting would lead you to think that it is indeed some kind of engineering break through. The 2006 Honda Civic may not be the most advanced car on the planet, but for its price range it may be the most practical, and most reliable.
