Sometimes the best thing to do is just get away from it all. You know, drop the load at work, ditch the cubicle scene and head for a nice relaxing spot away from home. The reason I recommend away from home is simple. Your home is what you associate with your everyday routine. This means that you get up Monday through Friday and rush off to work, and then probably come home to several chores that need to be done. It’s a consistent stress-infused headache. This is why you need to get away from it all for at least a weekend. It’s time to see what else is out there. What you need is a retreat to Napa Valley spas. (more…)

How high would you rank a good education? Do you have plans to advance your career with an online degree? Is this something you would place at the top of your priority list, or do you merely look at it as an asset like job experience? Different individuals definitely look at higher education in different ways. Although my parents saw it as a must for me, my best friend’s folks did not even mention it to him. This may be why he never took the time to attend college. One of the great things about college nowadays is the convenience. I would say this mainly because so many of the older adults, who never had the option of college in the past, now do. In fact, adult learning education is becoming more and more prominent due to the World-Wide-Web. (more…)
