If you have moved from Apple iPod to Microsoft Zune, you probably have some songs that you purchased from the iTunes Music Store that you would like to move to the new device. You will run into a hurdle if you try to transfer the files directly as Apple’s copy protection prevents the song from playing on another device. There is a workaround to this however…

Create a new playlist in iTunes.

Add the protected songs to your playlist until you have 72 minutes of music.

Click the “Burn Disc” button.

Click the radio button next to “Audio CD” and tick “Include CD Text” option.

Upon completion of burning the disc, rip the songs to MP3 using Windows Media Player.

Open the Zune software and sync the newly created MP3’s to your Zune device.

Alternatively, you can use TuneClone Audio Converter. It automatically generates a virtual CD-ROM drive during the installation. The virtual CD drive tricks your PC into believing that you are burning a CD. Therefore, the DRM protection is removed without wasting a CD and the speed is very fast. Below are the steps:

Create a new playlist in iTunes.

Add the protected songs to your playlist. Since iTunes burns the protected music with TuneClone virtual CD drive, there is no limit as to music length so long as you have enough hard drive space.

Launch TuneClone. Click the “Settings” tab. In the pop-up window, you can specify output folder, output file name format, output format (Here we can choose MP3 or WMA since Zune accepts MP3 and WMA music), etc. for the output files. Note: You can check whether TuneClone virtual CD drive is successfully installed and where it is installed in the bottom left corner of the interface.

In iTunes, click the “Burn Disc” button.

In the pop-up window of “Burn Settings”, select “TuneClon Virtual_CD-RW” from the “CD Burner” drop-down list, click the radio button next to “Audio CD” and tick “Include CD Text” option. Click “Burn” to start burning.

Upon the completion of burning the disc and encoding the music, you can open the TuneClone manager screen to show all the converted music files. To locate the output folder, simply click the “Folder” tab on the interface.

Open the Zune software and sync the music in the output folder to your Zune device.

Done.

This movement was an important influence on pop music in general and on fashion and dance moves. A lot of artists at this time dispensed with the traditional guitar format and based records on synthesizers, drum machines and other electronic instruments. It was the time of young men and women with big hair and shoulder pads crouched over keyboards! These songs were great to dance to and a stark contrast to the punk music that had gone before. In the UK, the New Romantics were bands with flamboyant outfits and band names. The Human League, Adam Ant, Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet and Depeche Mode provided some terrific hits for the 80’s.

“With a unique touch screen and cutting-edge multimedia capabilities, the BlackBerry Storm smartphone makes a great impression as you travel across town or to almost any corner of the world.”

One of the great new features I am starting to enjoy on my BlackBerry Storm is the ability for it to play multimedia files and specifically audio (music).

First let’s take a look at the video and audio formats supported by BlackBerry Storm:

Video format support: MPEG4 H.263, MPEG4 Part 2 Simple Profile, H.264, WMV
Audio format support: MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, WMA, WMA ProPlus

Basically, when you buy music from iTunes, it comes with a copyright protection called DRM. These DRM-protected songs are locked so that they only work with Apple MP3 players. That means that if you have a BlackBerry Storm, you cannot use iTunes music.

So, what is the solution? You have to burn a CD. When you do this, the DRM is removed (because the music is converted to a non-DRM-compatible media). After you burn the CD, you can rip it to your PC as an MP3 file which no longer has DRM.

Alternatively, you can use TuneClone. TuneClone makes a virtual CD-ROM drive, tricking your PC into believing that you are burning a CD. Therefore, the DRM is removed without wasting a CD.

Here is a link to a tutorial using TuneClone and iTunes 8:
http://www.tuneclone.com/itunes8-m4p-to-mp3.php

After you get the output MP3 files, you can now begin to transfer them to your BlackBerry Storm:

1. Connect your BlackBerry to you computer via the USB cable.
2. If you have properly enabled your Blackberry as a Mass Storage Device, your Blackberry’s microSD card will show as a removable drive on your computer.
3. Double click on the Blackberry folder.
4. Double click on the music folder.
5. Copy your music files to your BlackBerry.
6. Disconnect your Blackberry from the USB cable and go to the “Multimedia” icon on you Blackberry. You need to disconnect when you use the Mass Storage device method as it disables direct access from the BlackBerry when connected to the PC via the USB cable.
7. Click on the Music icon.
8. Click on the Media Card folder.
9. Select your Music folder.
10. Select your Song.
11. Play and enjoy.

Done.

Are you annoyed by iTunes DRM? Do you want to remove it because you want to play the iTunes music on non-Apple MP3 players like PSP, Zune, Creative Zen, BlackBerry, PS3, iriver, Walkman, mobile phone MP3 player, etc., use it as background music in a home video, or anything else that DRM limits it to do? Many people know you can remove the DRM from iTunes music by simply burning the song to a CD, and ripping it back over, losing very little quality(if settings are correct):

1. Insert a CD-R or CD-RW disc into your CD-ROM drive. You’d better use CD-RW disc as it can be used for more than once.
2. Burn your playlist to make an audio CD. You cannot select the MP3 CD option since it requires the encrypted iTunes music files be converted to unprotected MP3 files.
3. After the audio CD is successfully burned, insert the disc into your CD-ROM drive again. Then you can use iTunes to import the music tracks on the burned disc to MP3 files.

And the method I am going to introduce does the same exact thing but you will not need a CD-RW disc, a CD ROM drive, or even need to burn anything! It’s that simple. Let’s show you how to perform this.

We are going to be using a program called TuneClone. TuneClone is basically a program that acts as a virtual CD drive that allows you “burn” MP3 from iTunes and “rip” it. TuneClone “lies” to your computer saying that you have a CD-RW drive that it will burn to (like Alchohol 120%). You can use this to move your library of M4P DRM protected music to the MP3 format that you can use on any player out there worth its salt. This is a useful tool for anyone looking to break their relationship with the iPod. The best part is that it maintains all of the music file’s metadata. Below is the step by step tutorial that shows how it works:

1. Download TuneClone from http://www.tuneclone.com and install it.

TuneClone is fully compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista. A virtual CD Burner will be installed. This virtual CD-RW will be used to convert music files.

2. Make settings at TuneClone

Click the Settings button at TuneClone. In the pop-up window, you can specify the output folder, output filenames, output format, etc. for the output files.

Note: Apart from MP3, TuneClone also allows you to convert iTunes M4P to WAV and unprotected WMA.
Tip: You can get the output protection removed music folder by clicking the Folder button after the whole process.

3. Make settings at iTunes(iTunes 8 )

Create a playlist, and then add the files you want to convert into the playlist.

After you have created the playlist ready to be burnt, click the Burn Disc in the bottom right of iTunes.

In the pop up window of Burn Settings, make the settings as highlighted below:

4. Start to burn

Click the Burn button to start burning.

After the burning gets started, TuneClone will automatically convert the music file to MP3, WMA or WAV. You can open the manager screen to show all the converted music files.

The most important step is to choose the CD burner. Then the software can convert the music files automatically. It is exceedingly easy when you want to batch convert lots of files.

Show your style and make way on the dance floor. Activating your body to the sound of the beats and expressively coordinate your legs, hips, arms, hands, and your head will produce more sweat. The more sweat, the more calories are being burned.

Every beat motivates your mind to move the way you want. If you are a gifted dancer you have the ability to gyrate, jumped, swirl, and etc. Many hip hop dancers have a contagious energy that will boost your mind to mimic their movements. They are truly amazing as the beat or tempo increases their body movements also increased. They even do the hand stand if they desire to do so or even somersault if the timing is right.

So dancing makes you fit and slim. To those couch potatoes you have to move and dance a little bit to burn those extra fats on your body. It is not good to store those fats, better to take them off, if you wanted to have a good life. You can have a life if you are obese but chances are it would not be good because you will get sick. In simple terms, you will get diabetes, cancer, heart problems, joint problems, and etc.

Just try hard to make a move, stepping a little over here or there will make good efforts. Take note, that music has been a good source of communal unity. In Prehistoric times tribes have to dance during the night to celebrate the harvest of the day. Thus, music has been very much a part of our lives. So it is a challenge that let dance music be a part of your lives too. It has been a daily activity by your ancestors in the past but how come you disregard the power of music to make you slim, fit, and healthy.

Are you a music fan? Well, if you had live on those times where LPs and Vinyl Records are the in thing then you can relate to this article.

Recently, there came a lot of response from teens about how was life back then when we don’t have iPods or Thumbs. To elaborate more on the past, things had been so good because there is no such thing as digital piracy that hijacks our music industry nowadays.

Those times had been so damned crazy about Beatles and Elvis Presley on his stunning loss of balance towards his career was destroying the Beatles fame, maybe because of envy or pointing the blame on the fab four on his misfortunes. He even allegedly told then President Richard Nixon that the Fab four are airing anti-Americanism in UK. Hence, John Lennon was spied by Secret Agents. Imagine the hysteria where music and politics collide. Those are the years of cold war.

East Germany was on communist’s rule and they had been listening to old Russian records which meant they lag behind on what’s on top of the billboard charts. By now those East European countries who had experienced the Iron Curtain Rule of former Soviet Empire had been recently splurging on records that they had missed out.

The greatest deal of all on what makes vinyl records unforgettable is that they have the novelty that triggers the senses to return back all past memories alive again. It pays to play Nat King Cole’s “Unforgettable”.

Jay Dy is a collector of rare vinyls or collectible records who owns a wide array of old vinyls and stuffs. As far as hard to find music records or simply rare records are your concern. It is best to recommend you to my rare vinyl records website.

A vinyl record collecting is a fun activity these days. If you are just beginning to love the records made in Vinyl discs then you bump on the right article. Right now, there is surge of vinyl records’ sales. As you can see the whole thing is finally unveiled to us the CD’s deprive us of an artful, very true, and nostalgic kind of record album. CDs can’t provide that because it doesn’t have anything genuine at all because CDs and DVDs had been hijack by music pirates. The abuse is no longer good to bear because the whole crappy mess can no longer be corrected.

One of the biggest turn off on CDs is because of owning your music in physical format that is no longer advisable to own since pirates can copy the original product. In the long run people would have a hard time differentiating the genuine and the fake because pirate can make similar copies of CDs.

Vinyl Disc are so different because the way they are process and the way they are package is not that easy compared to music CDs and DVDs. Hence, they are the best to own music albums physically. Plus as you notice the vinyl covers they are great to be displayed. Imagine a John Lennon album on your wall will make you great because those vinyl records from the late great artist are a heavy demand.

First, to procure those precious records you can search over garage sales in your neighborhood. You can even drive over the flea markets, music shops, and even on internet sites. The best thing is to scour on the internet because there are a lot of people around the world that are willing to sell tons of stuffs such as vinyl discs.

Time is so precious once you have started collecting vinyl discs you will no longer turn back. And at this age, try to rediscover lost music which can be only found on vinyl records. There are a lot of unknown artists at that time of the golden age of vinyl records that seem to be unsuccessfully notice by listeners of that time. Here is your chance to rediscover them only in vinyl platforms.

The best thing to do is to ask for any used vinyl discs to your Grand Dads, relatives, and friends. Vinyl Discs from the past are great things to possess.

The return of vinyl records in sales had been impressive to music lovers who had the penchant in collecting any kinds of music. Music at its present form is usually in digital format which is influenced by the present sales of iPod units from Apple and other multimedia player units. These MP3 music players come in different sizes and with different features. The widespread adulation of mp3 format is frowned upon by Die Hard Music Lovers. They are now showing that it is best to own music in the form in which people can hold it dearly and store them in its physical form which they will add the item into their own library of rare vinyl discs.

As you can see, there is an uptrend increase of vinyl disc sales among consumers. The rise starts in 2006-2007, wherein vinyl sales raised more than 36% while CD sales dropped 17% due to the increased of digital downloads.

One of the outstanding features of vinyl records is that they are really original and can’t be copied instantly unlike music cds and dvds. Although the sounds that are being transmitted is of analog type, the feeling of playing them is very realistic, because you will really feel the aura and the sense of being one with the music.

Vinyl records will be the model of decreasing music piracy because the mechanism of copying is complicated in this form. Bet your 2 cents on the future of vinyl records they will really be selling like pan cakes again.

How about those rare vinyl records? Their state will be more promising in the distant future. The rarer the better, because they will be the most sought after copy. It would be more expensive if rare vinyl records are being presented to the public such that in auction rounds or in bidding circles. Unopened stocks of vinyl disc would be much more expensive.

It is high time that the once about to die industry of music vinyl records will savor its resurrection in terms of sales and the new awakening from music lovers. The revival is still on its fresh start; just observe the coming months and years. Producers will produce them again. So set your eyes to those things way ahead. Be informed.

The invention of the turn tables paves the way to global music madness. The whole extent of the world was saturated with music and once again had been a delight to look at those decade old stored treasures.

In the advent of World War 2, music was much sought comfort of the Allies and even the Axis powers. American singers went to war camps to boost the morale of the fighting soldiers who miss much of their home. Their malady was temporarily cured by the soothing sound of music coming from vinyl record discs.

The sensational White Christmas Song, sung by Bing Crosby himself shook the nerves of Americans from overseas. As we reminisced the times, Bing Crosby was unrivaled of command of record sales, radio ratings, and motion picture demands. He is the most electronically recorded voice on the history of modern music. One of the contributing materials that pave the way to popularize his songs is through the popularity of Vinyl Records.

Fast forward, in our modern times, the Compact Discs, Mp3s, DVD, Blu-Rays, and etc are the newest media that we are enjoying right now. They are once thought to kill the magnificence of Vinyl Discs but the trend reverses the tide. People, especially those who are music enthusiasts are beaming with pride that the music albums must be in material form not in bits and bytes.

Digitized music gives us the convenience that we never had imagined before. Its operation is as simple as click and play sort of maneuver. Unlike, vinyl discs you have to consider a lot of things in order to hear them properly or else you will hear skips and screeches.

Wider music artists and musicians feel a sense of pride in publishing their work of art into Vinyl discs media no matter how lowly are these vinyl records but they simply show a nostalgic feel, originality, and undisputed benchmark image.

Vinyl Record Collectors as of now are looking for rare beauties that are projected as a “GLOOMING GOLD”. The rarer, the better, because it sports a nice value on it, regardless of the artists as long as it is the most endangered object that we could ever think of. Vinyl records as noted by people as notably unmatchable to the CDs or any form of digital media.

It is a bold move among true music fans that rare vinyl records hold the greatest artifact of carrying the original crisp sound of the performer.

Baby boomers in the whole wide web are clamoring for best vinyl buys. These discs that they are searching for are memorable ones that they are eager to have because they can relate to its old melodies. There is a truth behind their cravings because they want to satisfy their affinity to the music of their youth. It simply brings back all the memories. As far as we are concern we can see that the whole demand would simply uplift the sales of vinyl records.

In their generation, vinyl discs are really popular. These vinyl records have been the most used vintage material for old Hollywood flicks. Right now, they begin to raise an awareness not only to baby boomers but also to those young people who are not yet born on that era.

The nostalgic moments that enamored vinyl records to be the most sought after of all vintage materials had been enjoyed in these past few years. People contemplate on their past lives while listening to old vinyl music while young teens try to discover how was living on those days like, especially on those days of cold war between the US and former Soviet Union. Those golden days of huge transistors, black and white television sets, the Beatles mania, hair gels, ugly Betty-like shades, and a whole lot more.

Teens yearn to be living in those times and wanted to feel the paranoia where John F. Kennedy was a fair haired politician who paraded the nation against Cuba’s missile crisis. Americans at that time were building underground bunkers that are still present in old houses as of today. James Bond sequels had been a blockbuster and Batman was just a blue colored masked crusader with small bat ears protruding on its head.
