Courts still have a long way to go in viewing fathers as an integral part of children’s lives. Parental rights may be at stake where the father sits on his rights. For example, if a man doesn’t marry the mother of his child but signs the acknowledgment of parentage, the mother is the legal custodian of the child by law. Laws vary by state, and the laws described in this forum may be different in your state or may have been changed. The courts in these cases have held that the detriment to the child outweighs the parental rights of the biological father.
This is unfair for the children as well as the biological father. Hopefully the dad will care enough to help his child learn about his heritage and be kind enough to let those others who care about this child, be immersed in the care and nurturing of this little child. Don’t let anyone make up your mind. Stand up for your rights and I know you can.

This might be the person that says everything is fine and that things have been solved, after a problem. However, they turn around and tell everyone else what a jerk you are and then go on and on about you. They are being passive to your face, and displaying their aggression to everyone else. Most don’t know that this is passive aggressive behavior, but it is some of the worst out there. Some people who have passive aggressive behavior will say things that have double meanings. You probably know a few people like this. There is something to sarcasm that can be fun, and is how some relate to each other. However, those people know that it is all done with love.

At first, I thought his adoption poetry was part of just growing up. A lot of kids are insecure, after all. Soon, however, it became a real problem. He seemed angry and unhappy, and his adoption poems had a very bitter edge to them. When my wife and I decided to tell him that he was adopted, it only confirmed what he had believed all along. It was a hard time for everyone. That is what we decided to get him some adoption poems of our own. The first adoption poems were ones that we had composed. They were not actually about adoption, but about how much we treasured and loved him.
