Heavy Duty Routines
Avoiding over training when you weight train is very important. If you do too many sets and exercises and train for too long during each workout, you will never give your body a chance to recover and rebuild. One thing you can do to avoid over training is to try a Heavy Duty weight training routine. This routine calls for a few sets and exercises done with very high intensity. Your workouts will be shorter and more efficient.
