Everyone wants to lose weight.  Not tomorrow - but today. Why should it take three years to lose 30 pounds if I need to wear a bikini in the spring? 

One of the easiest ways to lose weight fast is by cleansing your system. I don’t mean that this is simple by any stretch of the imagination but it is pretty effective. Extra pounds hold extra toxins in our systems. When we cleanse the toxins out of our systems we are able to shed pounds in record time.

The approach does take quite a bit of will power and you will find that there are many more things that you can’t eat than there are things that you can. In order to lose weight fast you really want to cut out breads, pastas, junk food and even fruit.
