Successful Diets
Successful diets are ones that are realistic. So many want a quick fix to lose twenty pounds quickly, and then they wonder why they fail. You can find extreme diets that might allow you to lose that much in a few weeks, but once you stop doing something that is impossible to keep up, the weight (and sometimes more than you lost) will come right back on.
That is not only frustrating, but it can be even worse for your health than not losing at all. Successful diets are realistic diets, and there is no way around that.
